Juror for the show is Johanna Kramer-Weston, a Cedar Falls artist and educator. Kramer-Weston is a 2001 graduate of Mount Mercy University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and painting. She earned her master’s degree in painting at the 北爱荷华大学 in 2005, working as a graphic designer and teaching art history and appreciation classes at Hawkeye. She is currently gallery director and exhibitions manager for 瓦特堡大学 and serves as board 总统 of the Friends of the 滑铁卢 Center for the 艺术. Kramer-Weston has exhibited work at the 滑铁卢 Center for the 艺术, 瓦特堡大学, 以及UNI的罗德图书馆.
招待会, which will also feature honors projects completed by Hawkeye students, is free and open to the public. The exhibition will remain on display in the 图书馆 during regular operating hours until May 4, 2018.
