The Charles H Dalton Jr. 奖学金 is open to high school students entering Hawkeye 社区 College immediately after graduating from Waterloo Public Schools and pursuing a degree or diploma from one of the industrial and engineering technology programs at Hawkeye. 

There will be two $2,500 scholarship recipients selected annually. Recipients will receive $1,250 for the fall semester and $1,250 for the spring semester if they continue to meet scholarship eligibility requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Enroll at Hawkeye 社区 College directly upon graduation from a Waterloo Public School.
• Be pursuing a degree or diploma from one of the industrial and engineering technology programs at Hawkeye 社区 College.
• Demonstrate moderate financial need.
• Have a minimum high school grade point average of 2.5. Preference is given to students with high school grade point average of 3.0或更高.

Preference will be given to females and racial and ethnic minority student populations.
